8月20日，改变SF6上传标志位赋值规则，把原来的三相都传送成功设置标志位为1改为从I2表里面查询所有相关的sensorid，当所有sensorid的数据都传送成功才设置标志为1
9月5日，改变局放数据的上传规则，由原来的上传15分钟前的标志位为非1的数据更改为上传15分钟前的标志位为非1的数据或局放告警状态为大于0的标志位为非1的数据
